Who we are

Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when our team accepts your order and confirms the final price including shipping. We may decline an order — for example if stock or materials are unavailable.
Prices and GST
All product prices shown on this website are inclusive of GST at 5%. A flat courier charge of ₹175 per order, inclusive of GST at 18%, is added in your basket. Nothing further is added at checkout, and a GST invoice showing the tax contained in each amount is issued with every order.
Payment
Payment is by UPI or bank transfer after your order is accepted. Production begins once payment is received in full.
Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. As everything is handmade from natural materials, minor variation in colour, size, texture and weight is expected and does not constitute a defect.
Intellectual property
The Alive Heritage name, logo, product designs, photographs and site content belong to AH Enterprises and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
